JEMz WIREz has been showing and breeding CHAMPION wire fox terrier lines since 2006. We show primarily in the western states.
Our founding male, Percy, was a retired Champion. He was invited to the Eukanuba Tournament of Champions in December, 2008, for being one of the top 25 wires in the country! Today that would be making Grand Champion. He sired 2 Grand Champion males. He left us in Jan. 2018 Another male bred by JEMz was Wiz, he finished his championship in 2012 with all major wins.
Our females also were or will be champions. Hope finished her championship in June, 2009, was a great momma and left us in 2019. Noel flew to her finish - she got 2 of her major wins in Scottsdale, March 2011, and a 3rd in CO in May. She finished in July 2011. She retired from breeding in 2016.
Emma from May of 2016 litter began showing in 2018 and had a litter in late Oct. Emma earned her title on March 1,2020. Emma's title brought JEMZ the AKC Breeder of Merit distinction in May 2020. After giving us Thessy in her last litter in 2022, Emma was retired. We kept a female, Penny, from the 2018 litter and she became a CH in Jan. 2023. Penny had 4 litters we kept 2 out of 2 of those. Spooner who bred with Thessy and gave up Ruby in 2023. And the latest is Poppy from 2024. Spooner is now retired and the girls have some minor wins. Litters are planned from the 3 females.
